A Muslim prophet claimed that all the earthquakes in the world happened because of women in scantily clad clothing. This man does not need to speak his opinion in my opinion. That statement sounds like something that Adolf Hitler said to help get into people's brains to control what they do. It sounds like this prophet is not a prophet at all but an idiot that doesn't know what he is talking about and is probably on drugs.
